Our role is to bring the look, feel, and atmosphere of your event to life. We work directly with your wedding planner and collaborate closely with the venue teams to ensure the design complements the overall event plan.
PACKAGES
Every event is unique. Packages can be adjusted based on guest count, layout, and vision. Our goal is to offer a strong starting point while remaining collaborative and thoughtful with each client and venue partner.
To ensure clarity and the best possible experience, Show Pony Events does not serve as a wedding planner or coordinator, however we will be on site during the event and assist as a coordination buffer (rentals, flow, transitions). We do not manage overall event timelines, coordinate or contract all vendors, oversee catering, bar service or alcohol, handle guest logistics or seating charts, manage ceremony flow or processionals, or act as day-of coordination for the full event.
